ROUNDS/FIRE
An electric charger puts a little amount of charge inside the round and the bolt rotates the round once is ready.

At the time the round reaches its target, the electric charge is released, giving an extra damage and inmobilizing the enemy.

The only disadvantage is the decrease of the rate of fire. If you don't want to lose rate, just turn off the electric charger.
